RUMMAGE & CRAFT FAIR

The property will be having it's annual rummage sale.  This year we decided to throw in a Craft fair for those crafty people. This is also open to friends and families.
Date:  June 1st & 2nd (Saturday & Sunday)
Time:  11:00 3:00 Craft Fair
Time:  9:00- 3:00 Rummage Sale
All rummage items must be placed curbside.  The Craft Fair will be set up in Lot #10.  Please provide your own tables and tents if necessary. 
Whitnall Pointe will place an ad on Craig's list along with banners at the hwy 100 entrances.  Please
 e mail friends and post of your Facebook pages to generate more traffic.

If interested in participating contact the office to sign up. 425-5151.  If we do not have enough participatants they will be cancelled.

SWIMMING POOLS

Both of the swimming pools will be open as normal on Memorial Day weekend.  We have plans to do some contruction of the back pool although we do not anticipate that will happen until the fall.  Therefore both pools will be open for your enjoyment. 

TIDY PROPERTY

It's that time of the year to start cleaning up the patio's and balconies.  We thank everyone for helping us keep the curb appeal of Whitnall Pointe.

SPRINKLER TESTED

The sprinklers to each building will be tested on Friday, February 8th.  The alarms to your building will go off for a short time.  This is only a test. 

ATTIC INSULATION

The 10530/32/34 building will be having attic insulation installed.  Work should begin approximately February 13th.  We thank you for your patience as the Contractors traffic in and out of the building and attic.

LEASING OFFICE

Within the next 2 month's the Leasing Office will be under renovation.  We will be adding a conference room for our clients along with just more customer friendly. Therefore please excuse the mess. The office staff looks forward to this new improvement.  Since the Maintenance office is being relocated the office will not be as disruptive.    

MAINTENANCE OFFICE

The Maintenance office is currently located in the Leasing office. We have acquired a building from the City near the 10528 building and it will begin renovation within the next few weeks. This building will be set up for our Contractors and Maintenance staff. It will create less interruption in the Leasing office.

WHITNALL PARK ENTRANCE ENHANCEMENT

We have  recently enhanced the entrance to Whitnall Park.  It is located near the 10530 building.  A sidewalk has been added along with an arbor and sitting area.  In the spring this project will continue with further landscaping.  We hope you all enjoy this new amenity.  Whitnall Park is working hard on the signage along the paths by color coding them.  They hope to have the new directional sign up in spring. 

HOLIDAY OPEN HOUSE

The Holiday Open House was enjoyed by all.  The staff of Whitnall Pointe thanks all of you for being such wonderful Residents.

LAUNDRY ROOM FLOOR INSTALLATION

The laundry room floors have started to be replaced.  Each building will be notified as we approach an installation date. The laundry room will be shut down for approximately 4 days during installation.  Thank you for your patience.

LAUNDRY ROOMS

The laundry rooms are also being renovated beginning the week of November 5th.  New laundry cards will be issued for the new appliances beginning October 29th.  We look forward to updating the rooms.  New rates will be $1.40 to wash & dry. 

BALCONY RENOVATION

The 10548 W. Cortez Cr. Building balconies will be renovated still this year.  The Property Manager has been in contact with everyone living on the 1st for floor to discuss construction details.  Project should begin within the next couple of weeks.
